How do you get a song , erase the lyrics , then put your own lyrics In ?

For example I want to make a parody of an evil licentious song by Katy perry to point out that she is evil . Of course it won't be online just for my own amusement . It would be called " a Wiccan world " . So how do I get the technology to do that ?
