What is wrong with my Puggle?

My female puggle is about 7-9 years old. (She's a shelter dog). For the past few days she has had either diarrhea or soft bowel movements. Earlier she had a soft and it was half dark and have greenish/yellowish. She's a little shaky right now, and she has been very upset when I leave the house. My boyfriend said she looked for me through the house today while I was gone and whined because i wasn't here, and when I am home, she is clinging to me constantly. She isn't eating her food, but I dropped some people food on the kitchen floor and she was right there to take care of it, if you know what I mean. Please don't tell me to take her to the vet. I'm unemployed at the moment, but if she doesn't improve by Monday I'm going to call the vet and try and work something out for payment.
