Why does my gaming computer still lag?

well if your getting lag in your games than its obvious that you need to turn the graphic settings on your games lower, because your graphics card can't support the graphics high enough for the game.... also I would recommend upgrading from vista unless your happy with it, however its a bugged windows lol
